The study by  coatings researchers found: the preparation emulsion's bond strength use for Real mineral varnish should not be less than the  3MPa, the minimum film forming temperature should not lower than 15 ℃. Higher minimum film forming temperature may cause  not easily film's shortcomings in low temperatures, we can solve it through add appropriate film-forming agent.Film additives can completely volatile after the coating drying, generally does not affect the performance of the coating. Real mineral varnish chose emulsion, which has the higher bond strength and the higher minimum film forming temperature, which has fundamentally solved the problem that coating is too soft.
