Composition and function of lacquer

Lacquer coating is mainly composed of three parts: alkali sealing primer, intermediate layer and cover lacquer finish.
        Alkali sealing primer
Alkali sealing primer on the different types of grass-roots level is divided into oil and water. Closure is the role of primer in a solvent (or water), after evaporation, polymers and pigments and fillers which will penetrate the pores of the grassroots, thus blocking the capillary surface of base hole, so that the surface to have a good basic waterproof performance, can eliminate the primary result of moisture migration caused by efflorescence, blur, etc., but also increased the main floor lacquer adhesion with the grass roots, to avoid spalling and loose phenomenon.

Middle layer lacquer
The middle layer is made of lacquer aggregate, binder (base), various additives and solvent composition.
